This is a true community project blending the modern façade features of the Retail Mall Shopping Center with the eclectic and artistic nature of the City itself. Designed as a “3-part” development project, each of these installations are located at major entrance points of the Center to welcome the “mall-goer community.”

When Brookfield Properties Retail decided to install three Community Landmark Signs® at our complex, we chose Community Outdoor because of the firm's highly recommended all around efficiency, professionalism, integrity, and the ability to derive creative aesthetic solutions that would match our brand.
As it turned out, their talented team transformed our traditional outdoor mall signage into a true multi-beneficial “Communication Network” by integrating all three sign structures harmoniously. This was not an easy task involving multiple locations designed to hit all major motorist entrance points into our Mall Center. With the intention to match the façade materials of our core retail buildings, aesthetically these signs certainly hit the mark. The outcome was extraordinary, and our local mall-goer community and retailers have shared the same. As Park City Center’s Senior General Manager, my job is to make sure that all daily leasing, budgetary, operational, maintenance, and construction projects on location run smoothly. It was well observed that Rob and his team managed this multi-stage development process with ease and provided excellent communication back to our leadership team along the way.

Like with many of our projects throughout the country, this design process started with an "idea" and a "pencil". The collaboration with the landowner and the municipality, is what brought this idea to fruition, creating a feeling of community and ownership over the design concept. Community Outdoor's® talented team of 3D Design Professionals incorporated preferred brick/stone facade materials, specific font types of the surrounding retail complex as well as an overall color palette that matched the complex and local municipality's branding.
